Yep. That's right.
I decided around the beginning of September that I was going to read the Harry Potter books. My friend, Nikki, was (and still is) insane about the series, and after taking me to see the 6th HP movie (it was the first HP movie I'd seen) I started to get obsessed with it too, even though I had no idea what was going on. XD
So I watched the rest of the movies, got obsessed with it even more, and continued to rant about it with my friends to the point where 99.9% of our conversations had to do with Harry Potter. And after many rants hearing about how much better the books are then the movies, I decided to get off my lazy butt and read them.
Now I'm sad.
I finished reading Deathly Hallows on Sunday night, October 25th, 2009, at 10:07 (and 24 seconds) PM. (Uh huh, I had become so overly-obsessed and dedicated to Harry Potter that I recorded the exact time right down to the seconds. I'm not sure whether to be proud or worried.) But anyway, I've read Harry Potter, I've read the entire Twilight Saga, what is there left to read?!? ...Which brings up another point: Can I be on Team Twilight and Team Harry Potter? And I'm partially ashamed to say just because of how terrible the book's fandom has become...I really do love Twilight. *gets shot* I've been on Team Jacob since the very beginning and stayed on it even when all the Team Edward fans hated me and there were only like four people on Team Jacob. Loyaltly, man.
Anyway, it takes a lot to make me cry.
Deathly Hallows made me cry.
Hard.
For a very long time.
First off, my favorite character had a terrible death. Did Snape really deserve to go that way? I think not. Most people don't like being attacked by snakes, hmm? Yes, quite. Plus that scene with him dying was extremely sweet...which, in turn, made me cry even harder. (I saved the tissue I cried with, too. T.T Dang, I'm such a geek.)
And then after my Sevy's death, The Prince's Tale hit me like a ton of bricks. Actually, more like ten tons. I would have never EVER in a BILLION YEARS guess that Snape loved Lily. And even though Snape's tactics of getting someone's attention might've been a bit stalkerish, it was very cute, sweet, and heart-felt none-the-less.

And in other news...
CRABBE DIED, YES! THANK YOU, GOD!
Teddy's hair is freakin amazing...turqoise...that's pimpin.
It was sweet how Narcissa saved Harry after he gave her information about Draco. So the Malfoys really do care about their son...
Lucius is awesome. Duh. We all know that.
Snakey is my BFF.
Bellatrix's insane obsession with Voldy was way too funny. Like, seriously, I laughed so hard.
GAAAAH J.K.R. DIDN'T CLEARLY EXPLAIN WHO DRACO GOT MARRIED TO!!! >:L I MUST KNOW.
So Wormtail really does have feelings and isn't a completely selfish prat.
JAMES NEEDS TO DIE.
